During the past week, I had a meeting with the founder/CEO of a Lagos based NGO engaged in vocational skills training across learning institutions (up to tertiary level) in Nigeria.
He had learnt of my one day workshop on drinks making using Pineapple Peels, from a partner of
www.discovercotonou.com (my new travel produict/service website brand) and got interested.
Based on our discussions, they will be arranging for over 30 persons to attend the practical event on 12th of April 2018 at a venue in Lagos.
I intend to have my 2 daughters (aged 12 and 8 years old) be the main facilitators as they have been doing it for YEARS, while I provide support as they progress. The purpose being to challenge the adult learners to BELIEVE they can do it, when they see my girls doing it.
Apart from inviting me to faciliate the event, there is an option for public spirited individuals//organisations to SPONSOR the event, for groups of people I (and/or my partners) may bring together.
I mention this development to give you an idea of the kind of reality I experience as multipreneur. Every now and then various demands may be placed on my time and I will have to respond based on expedience. I would like you to keep this in mind if/when you reach out to me next month.

The step-by-step guide is actually based on the real-life production process I use in producing the Non-Fermented version of my Pineapple Peel Based drink, which someone in Calavi (Benin Republic) has named “Boisson Tayo“(French for “Tayo’s Drink”).
Even the Food and Agriculture Organisation (FAO) advocates home based food drinks production for people with limited budgets. So much so that it published a massive PDF best practice guide for interested individuals/groups to use!
In the audio podcast, I narrate how it all began i.e. How I was challenged by an old lady selling Pineapples on the campus, to prove my claim that the peels she had to (sometimes pay kids 100 FCFA to) throw away daily AFTER sales, could be used to make money.
I also share the exciting details of how my drinks and cakes got me commendations and new friendships with the Administrator of the Burkina Faso Chamber of Commerce (who spoke ZERO English) as well as top officers at the Nigerian embassy (one later hired me to build a website for his farm providing driver/car from Cotonou, to the farm location in South West Nigeria and back.
He also bought my Excel-VB Poultry Farm Manager), PLUS a Professor/Department Head in Benin Republic’s National Language Centre – CEBELAE – who saw my products at the embassy, and waited to drive me about 1 hour to his home in Kasato (past Calavi!), where I was treated to a sumptuous meal!
